Drive sales of Ghirardelli Baking chips in national retailers (Target, Walmart, Kroger, etc.) during the holiday season. 

Tactics

  • Developed content plan and launched Ghirardelli TikTok for the 2022 holiday season & beyond

  • Lead photoshoot & creative direction for branded creative assets for Pinterest & TikTok

  • Sourced and contracted 7 influencers to create content using Ghirardelli Chips for paid social

  • Sent free product to 27 influencers for additional content generation

  • Partnered with media agency and 3rd party measurement teams to execute paid campaigns

  • Supported paid campaigns with robust organic social campaign with bi-weekly baking posts throughout the season

S’mores Tour Event Activation

Driving trial and changing perceptions to drive sales.

Goal

Generate awareness and interrupt consumers thought process when choosing chocolate for S’mores through trial allowing consumers to taste the difference of an upgraded s’mores with quality chocolate.

Tactics

  • Created & executed geo-targeted paid social ads on Meta to spread awareness of event 

  • Activated local influencers in each tour city to create content at a VIP pre-event & sent s’mores kits for additional reach

  • Developed & executed organic social content plan on 4 channels (IG, FB, YT, Pinterest) throughout the summer season: created the content, planned content calendar, published & reported 

  • Participated in TV shoot & professional photoshoots for OLV and social assets

  • Attended the events and captured content in realtime to drive organic awareness and gather additional assets
